Prices are per person, based on double occupancy, between Bismarck, Des Moines, Detroit, Grand Rapids, Indianapolis, Madison, Memphis, Minneapolis/St. Paul, Omaha, and Sioux Falls and Cancún. Monday departures and Thursday returns via nonstop or connecting service on Northwest Airlines, and are valid for specific travel dates between April 23 - May 24, 2007. Advance purchase requirements vary. Two-night minimum stay; 30-day maximum stay. Other travel days and dates and accommodations are available at other prices. May require travel on specific flights or times; blackout dates may apply. Prices do not include Passenger Facility Charges of up to $18 roundtrip, September 11th Security Fees of up to $10 roundtrip, U.S. segment taxes of up to $3.40 per flown segment, or departure/arrival/customs and immigration fees of up to $116. Prices are not retroactive and are subject to availability. Does not apply to groups of 20 or more. - Discount is available on all fares (subject to availability); the hotel discount is based on the standard room charges of each of the participating hotels in Cancún, the Riviera Maya, Cozumel, and Vallarta Nayarit.
- Participating hotels include Cancún Palace and Sun Palace in Cancún; Aventura Spa Palace, Moon Palace Golf & Spa Resort, Playacar Palace, and Xpu-Ha Palace in the Riviera Maya; Cozumel Palace in Cozumel; and Vallarta Palace in Vallarta Nayarit.
- Minimum two-night hotel stay required.
- Minimum purchase of $999 per booking is required.
- Discount is $100 on packages of $999 - $2,199; $250 on packages of $2,200 - $3,999; and $500 on packages of $4,000 or more.
- Maximum discount is $500 per booking; discount is a percentage of each eligible component.
- Discount is taken off the base price. Taxes, fuel surcharges, customs and security fees, September 11th Security Fee, Passenger Facility Charges, and other fees may apply and are additional.
- Discount is not valid with other discounts or special status fares (such as companion, agency/industry discount, Ski packages, no-value, or child rates); on blackout dates; for bookings made through the Group Department; and is not retroactive. Blackout dates are based on air departure dates. 2007 blackout dates include: Mar 15-31, 2007.

- Discount applies to qualified passengers only. Children staying free in room do not qualify for discount.
- Consumer-direct booking must be paid in full via credit card within 24 hours of reservation to MLT Vacations Inc. to qualify for discount. Agency bookings follow standard payment policies.
- Discount will recalculate if modifications are made to the booking.
- No refunds will be issued toward offer. Offer has no cash value. Offer void if qualifying booking is cancelled.
